This place is amazing! Very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to to a very spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

We love this hotel in a hidden gem. We stay here as frequently as possible when traveling in the Shenandoah area of Virginia.

Clean bed, clean rug, clean sink, clean restroom.
The thermostat in each room is set up to not be wasteful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the staff has always been friendly each time I've stayed.

There was a little mix-up when I arrived. Our pet friendly room had been given away to someone else prior to our arrival. There was some lack of communication. However the lady at the front desk called the manager and they gave us another room and didnt charge us the pet fees. I really have no complaints about our stay. The room was comfortable and its nice to see family owned businesses.

I stayed at this motel in November and returned again on our way through on 1/2/24. This motel is a true gem, I usually prefer hotels with interior entrances, but this motel is simply amazing. Very quiet location, super friendly staff, and very affordable. They also have an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch that I have yet to try, but both times I’ve seen lots of locals at breakfast. If you’re staying in the area or simply traveling through and want something away from the busy downtown area stay here.

My timing was off a bit because we arrived just before Christmas so the restaurant was closed but we were able to get food in town. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable. It was located near places of interest and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone.
